Jump Rope for heart
my school is doing Jump Rope for heart it is a program that help people that have heart diseases and stroke. In order to do that we ask people to help raise money for the American Heart Association. I can only do that by email or phone and i have decided to do that by email so if you want to help save people's life please give me your email address.

I remember doing Jump Rope for Heart campaigns when I was in school mnay, many, many years ago.
Should we pledge by the hour, or by the number of times you jump?

Also, Taz, I work Wed. mornings here in my town at a pharmacy which gives medicine to really poor people who need medicine for heart disease, diabetes, and stroke. Looks like we're on the same wave length.
