I've been watching TV, like most people my age do. Anyways just now I was watching Disney Channel and it turns out that they are making a movie about blogging whitch I was thinking was pretty awsome because we blog. The actuall movie looked okay there is one part that bothers me. The main characters name is Harriat. I know I'm being very judge mental but, I HATE the name Harriat. This is probally afensive to everyone whose name is Harriat and for the people that love the name Harriat. But still, it's my opinion.

I don't know, Taz...I kinda like the old names. I grew up with some many Jennifers and Tiffanys and Heathers that a good name like Hariette is very welcome.
The reason I don't like the name hariette is because it sounds to much like harry.
I don't like that name either.
Must be generational. I like Harriet, Hazel, Mabel, Vivian, Lydia,Jane, Anabel and the like. I don't like Maude or Bertha.
Some really good movies have been based on blogs, like "Julie and Julia."
I like Maude and Martha and Irene. Oh, and Judith.I don't care for Gertrude, but I like Trudy. Neither do I care for Lucille or Mildred. That said, I had grandmothers named Lucille, Mildred, and Gertrude, and I liked all of them. :)
I'm also not real crazy about the surname as first name business: Connor, Taylor, Brooks, etc.
I don't like most of the names you all just said...oh well.
I dislike Gertude and mildred too.
