I don't mind talking to people who talk a lot as long as it's about something interesting or if it's about something I need to know other wise I don't listen. Like there's this one boy in my class who's in my stations group who won't shut up! All he talks about is Pokemon or facts that I really don't want to listen to. That's not the only person in my class like there's this different dude who is in my science group and he is always saying something or singing. There is 3 girls in my class who annoy me all the time. There always talking, whining, or lying. There is one talk a lot who is my friend named Savannah she doesn't stop talking at all usually she's telling jokes or telling me something that's interesting. Thank god! Otherwise I would have strangled her for being over annoyed!=D
PS. I did not choose the people in my lab group or station group I got assigned to them.

Hey, Taz,
One of my working rules in life is that you learn more when your mouth is shut. Seems like you're into that mode as well. You may learn more than you think you want to know, but you never know what the future holds and when the information may come in handy. (Blackmail is always a possibility, though I'm not recommending it.)
When the time is right you will speak up, and if you've been quiet long enough, everyone will be so surprised to hear you speak that they will give you extra attention and think you've said something really worthwhile. It's a really nifty card to play, if you get my drift.
Could you possibly take 5th grade as the time to concentrate on spelling and punctuation? It's time to make yourself the sterling student that you are. You have such great thoughts, but you aren't presenting them with precision. You write what you would say, and that is great! However, in written form your great thoughts are looking shabby.
I'm saying these things because I want you to be the best you can be and because I think you have great insight into the behavior or your classmates. Read each word you write and check to see if it is exactly what you mean to say. Examples: "There is 3 girls.."; "There always talking..."; "There is one talk a lot who is my friend named Savannah she doesn't stop talking at all usually she's telling jokes or telling me something that's interesting." And use punctuation.
Well, don't hate me for bringing these things up, but I want you to be the best that you can be. If you were looking at someone else's work, you'd probably see these things. When we create it ourselves it's so ingrained in our thoughts that we have difficulty. But that's exactly where we need most to be critical---on our own work.

Sory for making you wait so long for a comment, but I try to stay away from the computer at the week's end.
(Actually, I commented once before but the internet ate my comment.)
I'm curious about your writing assignments at school. When you get notes back from your teachers, do you rewrite your work and fix your mistakes? When you fix your mistakes often enough, you learn not to make those mistakes to start with.
I know it can seem like Lit and I are just being picky, however we both know that as you get older the quality of your ideas wil more and more often be judged by how well you present those ideas--both when speaking and when writing.
And Lit and I both know you have first class ideas! That's why we want you to use all of your tools (spelling, punctuation, diction, vocabulary, etc.) to express those ideas in the best ways possible.
We love that you are writing and want you to keep writing more and more, but part of our jobs as aunt and grandmother is to encourage you to continue improving your writing.
Keep writing. We want to hear all about your exciting adventures and your mundane experiences.

I have a 100 in spelling on my report card and a 96 in language on it to. I just don't like checking over my posts on my blog. srry
No offense, Taz, but you are missing the point. The grades don't mean diddly if you don't use those skills in everyday life. Those skills have to be utilized in every facet of your life to stay with you and be meaningful. Besides I can tell you from my years in learning about learning and in instruction the real test is whether or not there is a change in behavior, that is does this person use the information that was presented.
When you apply for a job, or admission to a college, or for a grant/scholarship, you have to give them your best, and if you have only worked for the school tests and grades, you won't get where you want to be. The people who look at these applications aren't interested that much in what your six weeks grades were but whether or not you use what you have supposedly learned.
Here's a "what if". What if one question is : Do you blog? And the next request is: Give the internet address of your blog_____________________. Then what? Besides, doesn't your family deserve your best efforts?
There is another old saying that goes:

I know you are a tough cookie, but, so far, I think I can keep up with you. "srry" isn't going to cut it.

I know that, okay I'm just not that good at typing so when I do type it doesn't always turn out right. Or sometimes I don't realize it even if I do check over it.
